Reviews contracts and T&C documents obtained by Business Development team during the contract negotiation phase with sales channels and partners
Checks the contract obligations and ensures that vidaXL can meet them strategically and operationally
Identifies problematic clauses and recommends changes in line with the vidaXL policy and capabilities
Occasionally participates in (online) meetings with potential sales partners concerning contract obligations, with a main goal of supporting the Business Developers in closing deals
Works closely with other stakeholders, such as Legal, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics, to ensure contract conditions are clearly communicated and aligned
Creates and updates the Partnership Document containing summarized information about the contract and supporting documentation
Helps other stakeholders complete their parts of the Partnership Document
Initiates the contract documentation review and follows up on its timely execution
Maintains a good understanding of vidaXL processes in multiple aspects, including product listing, pricing, order processing, delivery, after-sales, compliance and others

A bachelor or master degree
You have experience with reviewing commercial contract analysis and negotiation
Ecommerce experience will be considered a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills and ability to defend your position
Experience with Jira or other project management tools will be considered an advantage
As a person you have a proactive mentality and you have good time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent oral and written language skills in English, other languages will be considered a strong advantage
